Whenever the User makes a purchase on the Site, he or she will be entering into a contractual relationship with the Vendor and this contractual relationship will be bound and determined by the these Terms and by applicable law.
1.2. Please note that all purchases You make on the Website will be sent to You by one of Our fulfillment centers, whose address will not correspond to Our business address. If You want to return a product, please do not send it to Our office address as we will not be able to accept it. All returns must be sent to Our distribution center. For more detailed information on returns, please refer to Our Return Policy.
1.3. In order to use the Website and make any purchases on the Website, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
(a) You have read these Terms and agreed to be bound by them;
(b) You are of legal age to use the Site and/or enter into a remote contract by online means as required by local laws;
(c) Use the Site for your own personal interest and not for the interest of any other person or business entity, whether a natural or legal person.

3. PRICE, PAYMENTS AND CHARGES
3.1. The final price, including all taxes and duties on the Goods, will be displayed on the checkout page, where you can make the purchase. Please note that the price on the checkout page does not include any import duties or taxes that would be applicable by local customs.
3.2. The prices of the products displayed on the Website may be subject to change. We may apply discounts or reduce prices from time to time.
3.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue sales of any Products. We will not be liable to You or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the sale of Products.
3.4. Please note that most Products available for purchase on the Website are shipped to You from Our warehouses located in China. Therefore, depending on the applicable laws in the country of your residence, the Products purchased may be subject to importation.
3.5. The prices of Goods displayed on the Website may include additional taxes, such as sales tax. If applicable, these taxes will be explicitly shown on the checkout page at the time of Your purchase. At checkout, taxes will be calculated and applied based on Your delivery address, and You will pay these taxes as part of the total purchase price.
3.6. Please note that we will never apply any conversion fees or charges related to the payment method chosen by you. However, some banks apply conversion fees for payments made and international transfers – so We are not responsible for any bank fees or conversion fees that Your bank would apply to any payment made to Us. If You notice any difference between the prices of the products on Our Website or the purchase receipt and Your bank account statement, please consult Your bank for detailed explanations of the additional charges.
3.7. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the customer or with the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. 4. Discount codes
When you place an order using the Discount code, the following terms and conditions also apply:
4.1. Each discount code is limited to one use per customer while supplies last and cannot be combined with any other discount code or discounts unless explicitly stated. Only one discount code can be applied per order. The company reserves the right to modify these limitations of use at any time without notice.
4.2. We do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or accuracy of any discount code. All discount codes are provided “as is” without any warranty. All discount codes include an expiration date, after which the code will no longer be valid. The expiration date is specified at the time of issuance. 4.8. In the event of a return of part of the order, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item(s) at the time of the transaction, i.e., with a discount applied.

4.10. We reserve the right to refuse orders where, in Our opinion, a promo code is invalid.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. Once You have placed Your order on the Site and made payment, We will process Your order within 1 to 3 business days. After Your Order is processed, you should receive the shipment within 4-14 business days if the shipment is not affected by natural occurrences. If you do not receive your shipment within 4-14 business days, please contact our customer service.
5.2. All Products purchased from our Website will be delivered to you via EMS, DHL or other similar carriers. After we have completed processing your order, we will send you a confirmation letter containing the tracking number of your shipment. 5.3. Please note that shipping terms may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country, or strikes or delays in air and ground transportation. We will not be responsible for delays if the shipment is delayed due to the unforeseen reasons mentioned above.
5.4. You may modify the original order within 24 hours of placing it. To modify the order, You must submit an inquiry to Our customer support team within the specified 24-hours period. This can be done through Our designated customer support channels, which are detailed in Section 16 of these Terms. To request modification of an order, You must provide the number of the order and detailed information regarding the changes You wish to make. Modifications are subject to Goods availability and may not be possible for all Goods or orders.
5.5. After the 24-hour modification window has passed, no modifications to the order will be permitted. Customers wishing to make changes to their order beyond this point may only do so by following the return procedures outlined in Section 6 of these Terms.
5.6. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we won’t be able to accept any changes to your order or cancel the order. If you change your mind, you can return products as specified in Section 6 (“Returns & Refunds”) below.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1. If you are not satisfied with the Goods purchased, you have the right to return them within 60 days from the date of delivery. The 60-day return period will expire 60 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, have physical possession of the purchased Goods. However, please note that you will receive a full refund only if you inform us of the returned Goods and send them to us within the first 14 days of receiving the purchased Goods. If you decide to return and send back to us your Goods after the 14-day deadline, but no later than 60 days from the day on which you received your Goods, additional fees may apply (please see Clause 5.5 below).
6.2. To exercise the right to withdraw and return purchased Goods, you must contact our customer support team by filling out an online contact form at :LINKCONTACT. Once you have contacted our support team, you will receive a return code and a return address – please note that we will only accept returns of goods that will be shipped with the return code provided and delivered to the return address provided.
6.3. To meet the withdrawal deadline, (60 days), you must contact us and send the returned Goods to us within 60 days of receiving the Goods.
6.4. If You are eligible to receive a refund, We will refund all payments received from You for the Products, excluding non-refundable amounts. The refund will take place within 14 days from the date we receive the returned Products. We will make the refund using the same payment method that You used for the initial transaction.
6.5. Please note that we will only accept returned Products if they have been unused or damaged and are sent back in the original packaging. If we determine that the returned Products have been used but are still in a condition to be used and resold, we may still refund You, but You will be responsible for any depreciation of the Products resulting from the handling of the same. Therefore, if we find that the returned Product has been used, we reserve the right not to accept the return and/or not issue the refund and/or deduct the devaluation from the refundable amount.
6.6. Please note that We will only accept the return of Products and make a refund if they are returned to the address provided by Our customer support and if the Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) code is placed on the return shipment. 6.7. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. We issue refunds for the purchased items, but NOT for the order’s shipping costs. Furthermore, if You want to return Goods bought on the Website You will have to cover the shipping costs which will not be compensated by Us.
6.8. If a purchase made with a discount code is returned, the refund will be processed based on the discounted price paid by the customer. The original discount applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
6.9. If a free product is included in an order as a result of using a promotional code, the customer must return the free item together with all purchased items to be entitled to a full refund. Failure to return the free product will make the entire order ineligible for a refund. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Subscription
7.1. By subscribing to our service, you agree that payment will be charged to the payment method indicated at the time of purchase. You will be billed monthly or otherwise, depending on the duration selected for the subscription at the time of purchase, at the specified amount at the then-current price displayed on the payment page during subscription sign-up. Please ensure that the payment information you provide is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any disruptions to your subscription service.
7.2. You have the right to cancel your Purisaki Berberine subscription at any time. Please note, however, that cancellation will take effect from the following month, unless we have not yet shipped the current month’s subscription product at the time of cancellation. If you cancel your subscription in a given month and we have not shipped the product for that month, the subscription will be cancelled and the money will be refunded starting from that month. But if we have already shipped the product(s) before canceling, the subscription will be canceled and the refund will be processed from the following month.
7.3. To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support by filling a contact form on the Website (https://buy-purisaki.com/contact) or reach us out by support@purisaki.com. Upon receiving your request, we will process the cancellation in accordance with the Terms of Service.
8. WARRANTY
8.1. If you wish to return a defective item, please contact our customer support by filling out an online contact form at https://buy-purisaki.com/contact. When contacting our customer support with a warranty claim, please be prepared to provide, upon request: (1) photos of the defective item; (2) Your order ID and purchase confirmation letter or payment receipt; (3) A brief description of the defect.
